25.01.2015 Last date for submitting  Non-Creamy Layer Certificate extended

It’s learned  that many of the applicants belonging to SEBC categories, have not attached proper Non-Creamy Layer Certificate with the application printout submitted to the CEE office. These applicants are permitted to submit proper Non-Creamy Layer certificate conforming to the latest guideline of the Government in this regard by obtaining the certificate in the format for Non-Creamy Layer certificate downloaded by clicking the link 'Download Proformas' available in the applicant's homepage and attaching it with the first page of the application printout also downloaded by clicking the link 'Print Application' available in the applicant's homepage, and sending it so as to reach the CEE's office not later than 10.02.2015, 5.00 PM.

 
23.01.2015 Government have empowered Village Officers  to issue Non-Creamy Layer Certificate

Government have revised its earlier guideline that Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for the purpose of claiming reservation under SEBC and OEC in admissions to Professional Degree courses should be issued by revenue officials not below the rank of Thahsildar. As per G.O(P) No. 3/2015/BCDD dated 23.01.2015, revenue officials not below the rank of Village officer are empowered to issue Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for the purpose of claiming reservation under SEBC and OEC in admissions to Professional Degree courses.
